TG1P1A 12.5 Gb/s PRBS Test Accessory

Centellax's
TG1P1A is a wideband Pseudo-Random Bit Sequence (PRBS) generator operation
from 0.05 to 12.5Gb/s.
5 PRBS pattern lengths and 3 mark densities are availbale via
user selectable jumpers. Differential data outputs supply CML
compatible signal leverls via the front panel SMA connectors.
A user supplied clock input and power supply care applied at
the rear panel. The TG1P1A's small size allows close placement
to the device under test.
The TG1P1A can be used as a digital source for stimuluse/response measurement
of high speed logic devices. Characterizing waveform distortion
of high speed telecommunication components is simplified with the source's
low jitter and fast rise/fall times. Production environments can
take advantage of the source's simple interface, low power consumption
and small size. The TG1P1A also finds application as a broadband noise
source or dithering sequence for data converters.

TG2P1A 10 Gb/s PRBS Source w/Integrated Clock Test Accessory

Centellax's
TG2P1a is a self contained 10 Gbps pseudo random bit sequence (PRBS) generator.
Optionally, the TG2P1A can be configured to use an external clock source allowing operation
from 0.01 to 12.5 Gbps. Five different PRBS pattern lengths and three mark density
ratios are available via user selectable jumpers. Differential data outputs supply
CML compatible signal levels via the front panel SMA connectors. The TG2P1A's small
sizr allows close placement to the device under test. The generator is self contained and
plugs into standard AC power supplies.
The TG2P1A can be used as a digital source for stimulusre/response measurement of high
spleed logic devices. Characterizing waveform distortion of high speed tele-communication
components is simplified with the source's low jitter and fast rise/fall times.
Production environments can take advantage of the source's simpli interface, low
power consumption and small size.
