Power Amplifiers (SSPA) from Microwave
Amplifiers Ltd.(MAL) with power output to
200W (+53dBm) CW with excellent linearity. Intended for use in satellite
uplinks, cellular radio basestations and multi carrier microwave radio links.
MAL can supply the following series of High Power Amplifiers:
AM51 Series: 1.7-14.5GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 1.7 to 14.5GHz with gain
to 45dB, and output power of +43dBm. These products are tuned
to customer selected bandwidths of typically 500MHz.
AM48 Series: 3.7-14.5GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 3.7 to 14.5GHz, with gain to 50dB,
and output power of +45dBm. These products are tuned to customer selected
bandwidths of typically 500MHz.
AM49 Series: 7.1-14.5GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 3.4 to 14.5GHz with gain to 45dB,
and output power of +33dBm. These products are compact MMIC/GaAs fet hybrid
types tuned to customer selected bandwidths of typically 500MHz.
AM43 Series: 0.8-3.5GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 850MHz to 8.5GHz with gain to 45dB,
and output power of +47dBm. These products are tuned to customer selected
bandwidths of typically 200MHz.
AM50 Series: 0.8-8.5GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 850MHz to 8.5GHz with gain
to 45dB, and output power to +50dBm. These products are tuned to
customer selected bandwidths of typically 200MHz.
AM81 Series: 0.7-3.5GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 700MHz to 3.5GHz with gain
to 47dB, and output power to +48dBm. These products are tuned to customer selected bandwidths
of typically 200MHz.
AM82 Series: 0.7-3.5GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 700MHz to 3.5GHz with gain
to 53dB, and output power to +51dBm. These products are tuned to customer selected bandwidths
of typically 200MHz.
AM83 Series: 0.7-3.1GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 700MHz to 3.1GHz with gain
to 45dB, and output power to +53.5dBm. These products are tuned to customer selected bandwidths
of typically 200MHz.
