MCL offers a new lightweight
Ka-Band TWTA.
MCL doubled their Ka-Band product line recently by adding the lightweight MT3600
outdoor TWTA amplifier. The newly designed MT3600 is almost 20 pounds lighter than the
MT3300, while still offering all of the same great features of its Ka-Band counterpart.
Available for applications for 125, 150, 175 and 250 watts, some of the MT3600's
features include an event log, remote and computer interface, auto power control and status, and much more.
The MT3600 can also be customized to include such options as
an L-Band block upconverter, an internal linearizer, or an internal
Ethernet interface. Redundancy can be achieved through a 1:1,
1:2 or phase combined system.
