The OFI family from
JDSU/Acterna
is a new generation of handheld fiber testers that provide installers
and field service groups with over 50% time savings compared to
other loss testers. OFI-PON is the latest addition to the family,
extending applications to Fiber to the Home Services.
Highlights:
Fully automated bi-directional loss test set for fiber loss and
length testing for telecommunications, CATV, DWDM and PON systems.
Reduces the number of testers to carry in the field with optional
ORL, VFL, and optical talkset functions.
Fastest loss tester in its class at under 15 s. for a full
tri-wavelength bi-directional link test.
One touch FOX (Fiber Optic eXpert) button requires
little or no training.
Available in both dual-wavelength and tri-wavelength
versions at 1310, 1550 and 1626 nm.
