Low cost high performance Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA's) from
Microwave Amplifiers Ltd.(MAL)
are available to 20 GHz with noise figures below 2db. These products
are ideally suited for radio link / microwave receivers.
MAL can supply the following series of Low Noise Amplifiers:
AL28 Series: 1 to 20 GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 1GHz to 20GHz with minimum gain
20dB and Noise figures of 2db max. These products are tuned to customer selected
bandwidths of typically 500MHz, and are ideally suited for link receivers.
AL7 Series: 1 to 7GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 1GHz with gain to 40dB,
and a noise figure of 1.2dB. These products are tuned to customer selected
bandwidths of typically 300MHz.
AL16 Series: 7-18GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 7 to 18GHz with gain to 30dB,
and a noise figure of 2dB. These products are tuned to customer selected
bandwidths of typically 500MHz.
