Power Amplifiers from
Microwave Amplifiers Ltd.(MAL)
with output powers to 10W (+40dBM) CW with excellent linearity.
Inteded for use as the final output stage in lower power radio transmitters,
point to point radio links and wireless local loop (WLL) applications.
MAL can supply the following series of Medium Power Amplifiers:
AM1 Series:3.5-9GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 3.5 to 9GHz with gain
to 45dB, and output power of +33dBm. These products are tuned
to customer selected bandwidths of typically 500MHz.
AM2 Series: 9-20GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 9 to 20GHz, with gain to 45dB,
and output power of +30dBm. These products are tuned to customer selected
bandwidths of typically 500MHz.
AM25 Series:3.4-14.5GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 3.4 to 14.5GHz with gain to 45dB,
and output power of +33dBm. These products are compact MMIC/GaAs fet hybrid
types tuned to customer selected bandwidths of typically 500MHz.
AM38 Series: 1-4GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 1 to 4GHz with gain to 40dB,
and output power of +43dBm. These products are tuned to customer selected
bandwidths of typically 200MHz.
AM53 Series: 3.5-15GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 3.5 to 15GHz with gain
to 40dB, and output power to +40dBm. These products are tuned to
customer selected bandwidths of typically 500MHz.
AM56 Series: 1.7-14.5GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 1.7 to 14.5GHz with gain
to 50dB, and output power to +40dBm. These units are designed to be mounted
on the inside of a system panel, with the RF output connector in a thru-panel
configuration. These products are tuned to customer selected bandwidths
of typically 500MHz.
