Small Signal Amplifiers from
Microwave Amplifiers Ltd.(MAL)
are inteded for general purpose gain blocks. Typically they have higher output power capabilities
than the LNA family and are suited for use in frequency converters and
signal distribution systems.
MAL can supply the following series of Small Signal Amplifiers:
AL5 & AL19 Series:0.5-2.5GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 500 MHz to 2.5GHz with gain to 40dB,
and output power of +15dBm. These products are tuned to customer selected
bandwidths of typically 500MHz.
AL7 Series: 1-18GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 1GHz with gain to 35dB,
and output power up to +33dBm. These products are tuned to customer selected
bandwidths of typically 500MHz.
AL16 Series: 7-18GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 7 to 18GHz with gain to 25dB,
and output power of +20dBm. These products are tuned to customer slected bandwidths
of typically 500MHz.
AL22 Series: 6-15GHz
This series of Amplifiers cover frequencies from 6 to 15GHz with gain to 50dB,
and output power of +15dBm. These products are tuned to customer selected
bandwidths of typically 500MHz.
