MCL introduces
the Outdoor 125W TWT Amplifier.
New to the MCL product line, the MT2300 outdoor TWT amplifier is a low-cost,
low power reliable solution that will primarily service the SNG (Satellite News Gathering)
Truck market. Weighing less than 32 lbs., the MT2300 is available for Ku-Band applications
at 125W, and will eventually be offered in 200W in the second quarter of 2006.
The MT2300 features include an event log and continuous attenuator adjustment in dB.
This compact TWTA can also be customised to include such options as an L-Band block
upconverter and an internal lineariser. Redundancy is available in 1:1 and phase combined
configurations.
